How we calculate scores →About this gear
This is the smallest of the three Deep6 dual-unit pressure gauges, combining a 1.5-inch brass body with a plastic face. Both bar and psi scales make it useful when a diver encounters different pressure units on trips. Its main attraction is the compact format for a regulator setup where a larger gauge would be awkward to route.
Consider before buying
The current official listing identifies size, materials and SKU but does not provide a pressure-accuracy specification, verified depth limit or complete hose contents. Check those details before ordering. A 2016 regulator-package review describes older orange-faced gauges and imperial scales; it does not establish performance for this current black-faced dual-unit model.
Our take
Choose this size only if both scales are easy for you to read through your mask. The 2-inch glass-faced version is the more useful comparison if legibility matters more than compactness. The smallest gauge is not automatically the best sidemount choice, and neither body material nor face size proves measurement accuracy.
