How we calculate scores →About this gear
The Neotek 4/3 combines a fixed hood, horizontal front zipper and two thigh pockets in a thinner version of Hollis’s Neotek design. Its 4/3 mm neoprene mix and ThermaSkin lining are intended for mild-water dives where longer immersion times still make exposure protection important.
Consider before buying
The attached hood and internal bib reduce the number of separate items to manage, but check neck comfort and shoulder movement while getting through the front opening. Manufacturer descriptions disagree on the number of glue applications; the documented blind stitching and liquid seam covering are clearer specifications. Reviews of the 8/7/6 version cannot establish the thinner suit’s warmth.
Our take
Choose the 4/3 if you want integrated pockets and a hood without moving to the thickest Neotek. Compare O’Three’s 65 for a back-entry suit with 6 mm torso panels. Customer reviews were located, but no verified independent overall score for the exact 4/3 model.
