Its handgrip controls, aluminium body and monitor-connection options suit photographers and hybrid shooters who want to build a full interchangeable-lens rig. Consider before buying
Optical flash triggering needs the appropriate optional trigger, and electrical sync needs an additional bulkhead. Vacuum monitoring electronics are built in, but the valve is a separate accessory. Ports, zoom gears and monitor cables must be selected for this housing and lens combination; similarly named Sony housings should not be treated as interchangeable.
