The NA-Z50II takes a deliberately restricted approach: its fixed flat port is designed for Nikon’s Z DX 16–50 mm f/3.5–6.3 VR lens. A preinstalled bayonet supports compatible wet optics, giving the travelling photographer options without a conventional interchangeable dry-port system.
Consider before buying
The fixed port limits lens choice. The camera’s pop-up flash provides optical triggering, and the vacuum valve is extra. A published Z50 II camera test used an Ikelite housing, so it cannot establish a Nauticam housing score.
