How we calculate scores →About this gear
This Sea Dragon 3000F Color Boost package includes the light, Flex-Connect grip and tray for a camera with a standard quarter-inch tripod socket. SeaLife’s official feed identifies SKU SL681, a 3000-lumen COB light with CRI 90, a removable 3400mAh battery and 60-minute full-power runtime.
Consider before buying
Do not confuse this kit with the SL6811 light-head-only listing or the older 3000F Auto. The official feed specifies stepless 300–3000-lumen adjustment and a 3900K Color Boost setting; older coverage says 3700K. Confirm the exact revision if matching a second light.
Our take
The included mounting pieces make this worth comparing for someone assembling a first compact video rig. Turning the dial controls brightness; pressing it changes between white and warmer Color Boost modes. The latter changes the light’s colour, rather than correcting every underwater scene automatically. DivePhotoGuide’s buyer guide covers this model but supplies no numeric grade. The Abyss 6000 offers higher claimed output with half the full-power runtime, while the Hydra 5000 adds creative colour channels. Our primary description was checked against SeaLife’s saved official feed because its live page blocked access.
