How we calculate scores →About this gear
The Pro Dual Beam combines a 3000-lumen flood with a 1500-lumen spot and a red-light mode. The package includes a Flex-Connect tray and grip, GoPro adapter, battery, charger and travel case. Switching beam types gives it a different role from SeaLife’s flood-only camera lights.
Consider before buying
The flood has three output settings and the spot has two. The 3400 mAh battery is rated for 60 minutes at the full flood setting; that figure should not be applied to every mode. A combined light still requires suitable positioning for a camera and should not be mistaken for two independent lights.
Our take
Choose this model when you genuinely need both camera coverage and a narrower beam on the same rig. The 2500F keeps the controls and purpose simpler for flood-only use. Reviews of the older 2100 Dual Beam are not evidence for this SL679 model, and no eligible exact-model score was verified.
